Steve Richards is the co-founder of StellarHire Partners. He brings 20 years of sales experience including 16 years of executive recruiting experience. He is currently responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and growth of StellarHire Partners recruitment projects in the United States.

Steve has a software sales background. He consistently over-achieved revenue targets. In the last 16+ years, he has achieved growth in some of the most recognized software companies in the world such as:

  • TIBCO Software

Companies with critical needs often call Steve for help with hiring goals and deadlines. They know that Steve is the go to resource for the best-of-the-best in revenue generating candidates. It was his recruiting that took SalesForce from under $500M to over a billion in revenue in just three years. Later, he was asked to do the same for TIBCO Software, which he did, and they recently broke the one billion dollar mark.

In addition to these achievements, Steve consulted with SaaS start-ups. He helped them build corporate sales/pre-sale teams, as well as enterprise field sales/pre-sales teams. As a contract recruiting consultant with Lithium technologies, Steve helped move a Corporate Inside Sales Model to a Nationwide Enterprise Remote Model. He was instrumental in assisting Lithium with hiring its first nationwide enterprise team.
